When you register for an event or submit an enquiry, Psyora may collect your name, email address, mobile number, organisation details and the information you choose to provide in the form.

How we use information

We use submitted details to manage event registrations, process payments through our payment provider, respond to enquiries and send communications related to the programme you requested.

Payments

Online payments are processed by the payment provider. Psyora does not store full card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.

Data minimisation

Please do not submit diagnoses, medication details, medical records or other sensitive health information through general website forms.

Sharing and security

Information may be processed by hosting, email and payment service providers as needed to operate the website. We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
